You can embroider a maximum of 10 characters on thesoother (a space counts as one character)*.

Personalisation takes up to5 working days although this may increase during peak periods. If you need it urgently, please check with us before putting through your order.

The outcome of any embroidery work is subjective to the nature of the surface to be embroidered on and the combination of letters (or hyphen or space) that make that name. This may result in slight variations in length and thickness of the overall embroidery.

How do I care for my Jellycat Toys?
Unless otherwise stated on the sew-in label, we recommend a surface wash of all our toys with soap and rinsed with cool water. Then for the fur to be dried with a hair dryer with little or no heat. Some soothers and comforters are suitable for a cool machine wash- please check the sew-in label. Please refer to the Safety and Suitability tab for each individual product on recommendations for how to wash.
