Just like any Blue Spruce chisel, the iron of the Chisel Plane is ground from cryogenically-treated A-2 tool steel. The flat side is surface ground, lapped and polished to a flatness unmatched in the industry. The bevel is expertly ground and hand-honed to a perfect cutting edge.

Choose from a flat or spear point iron blade. Blades are removable and interchangeable, and spare blades are also available separately.
