The Army Issue ACU Waist and hip belt is a modular part of the rucksack suspension system.  They are made to be used with the ACU Main Rucksack or other MOLLE compatible frames.  We have also seen them adapted for the traditional ALICE frame.  A great option to also make your own pack design.
